Yes. We use manufacturer-safe methods — soft brushes, low pressure, purified water, no harsh chemicals — and clean from the ground where possible. Improper DIY cleaning is the bigger warranty risk, since the wrong brush or pressure can scratch glass or crack cells.

Yes. We remove existing nests and droppings, sanitize the area, and install critter-guard mesh around the array — without drilling panels — so birds can't get back under. Their droppings otherwise corrode and soil the system, so it's a common add-on here.
